On Friday 9th January, Farming Today on Radio 4 interviewed Sir Bob Kerslake, Chief Executive of the Homes and Communities Agency about the rural housing crisis. During the interview, he emphasised the importance of Rural Housing Enablers in helping deliver rural affordable housing in challenging conditions. Community Lincs welcomes the recognition of RHEs as “independent brokers” in the process of delivering affordable housing to the rural communities where it is needed most.
