Please tell us about your Village Hall

With the aim of improving the access to and promotion of village halls we have developed a questionnaire which will highlight your hall’s facilities and will provide useful information for potential hirers; for example the partner organisations we work with will be looking for venues for events and the information you provide will enable us to advise them accordingly.  The data will also be used to update the Lincolnshire Village Halls Directory, originally published in 1997.

The questionnaire was sent out to all village hall secretaries in February. As an incentive to complete and return the form quickly we ran a prize draw to win £50 worth of home base vouchers.  The draw has now taken place and 'Congratulations' go to Aby with Greenfield Village Hall who were the lucky winners.

Although the opprtunity to win the Homebase vouchers has now passed, we are still accepting completed forms.  An electronic copy can be downloaded by selecting the 'documents' link above.

Completed forms can be posted to Claire Riley at Community Lincs, The Old Mart, Church Lane, Sleaford.  NG34 7DF or alternatively email claire.riley@communitylincs.com
